I once bought a set at similar set at costco for $20. It had a 19mm and I think even a 17mm. These are not selectable or reversible with an offset head. They are completly flat. In order that change directions you flip the entire wrench over. This sucks when the nut/bolt is flush on a surface. The swivle head ones take care of this problem, but I don't like torquing on a swiveling head. They seem to swivel on me when I don't want them to. I bought the selectable version at sears on sale once for $30. The metric version of this: [ http://www.sears.com/gearwrench-8-pc-standard-full-polish-reversible-ratcheting/p-00944003000P?prdNo=6&blockNo=6&blockType=G6&PDP_REDIRECT=false&s_tnt=39869:4:0 ] My first ratcheting wrench was a 17mm craftsman that I paid $28 for. 30 bucks for a SINGLE wrench. Needed it to remove the nut on top of the rear shock. Did not have a "go-through" socket set at the time. Since owning these types of wrenches, I almost never reach for sockets anymore. At least not at first.
